As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems Controlling and completing electronic documentation: Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support This position may suit you best if what is below sounds familiar...
