Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to join our production team, focused on end-of-line (EOL) testing, calibration, and vision-based inspection systems for sensor products. In this role, you will take ownership of test processes on the production floor, ensuring product quality, robust testing, and continuous improvement . You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and improve EOL functional test systems - Define and optimize test sequences, limits, and acceptance criteria - Support and improve sensor calibration processes - Configure and maintain vision-based inspection systems (camera/AOI at EOL) - Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis - Improve yield, test robustness, and cycle time - Work closely with operators and technicians to ensure smooth production execution - Drive continuous improvement using production data Ideal Background: - Degree in Electrical Engineeri...
