Description Competitive starting rate of $65,000-$67,000, non-exempt Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc. , a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is actively seeking an energetic, team-oriented professional to join our team in our IDD Residential Services Division. The Nurse Administrator -RN (Nurse) is responsible for supporting the administrative and training needs for Threshold's intellectual, developmental, and disabilities (IDD) programs. This position requires the Nurse to oversee the medical policies and procedures of the IDD department. The Nurse reviews records to ensure accuracy. The Nurse assists the staff in understanding medical directives from physicians and ensures that all medical appointments, corresponding documentation, and medication is documented correctly in the Electronic Health Records System (EHR). The Nurse oversees the records management function and ensures that records are properly filed, secured, and disposed.
