We are working closely alongside a local authority in Central Bedfordshire t o assist with the appointment of a Maintenance Coordinator on a 6 - months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £15.07- £19.70 per hour Summary: The Maintenance Coordinator is a varied and customer-focused role essential to the management of over 5,000 Council-owned homes. You will act as a central link between residents, internal stakeholders, and trade teams. Your primary objective is - to ensure that repairs are diagnosed correctly, scheduled efficiently, and tracked through to successful completion, providing an exemplary service experience for our customers. Responsibilities: from initial diagnosis and scheduling through to job completion, ensuring adherence to Council policies. duplicate entries, and ensure orders are closed promptly upon completion to maintain data integrity.
