Service Manager | Mission Pointe by Windsor - Sunnyvale, CA This site is a garden style apartment community with 617 units on property. Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly : Starting at $31.00- $46.16 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $64,480 - $96,012. Bonus : Average bonus potential of 10% annual bonus. Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential : $70,928 ($64,480 base + 10%bonus) $105,613 ($96,012 base + 10% bonus) Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Key Responsibilities: - General Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Maintain property curb appeal and all pool/spa/fountains. - Work Orders : Complete work orders efficiently and ensure they are closed out within 24 hours.
