Life Enrichment Assistant Overview: Benefits: - Location: 2602 Fifield Rd, Pella, IA 50219 - Position: Life Enrichment Assistant - Job Type: Full Time - Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm - Pay: $17/hour - Wages on Demand - Daily pay available - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k - Generous PTO Position Summary: The Life Enrichment Assistant assists in planning and performing life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior life connections community. Required Experience for Life Enrichment Assistant: - Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. - Compassionate towards the senior population. - Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team. - Proficient in general computer skills.
