Job DetailsJob Location: WHITE BLUFF, TN 37187Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: 3rd ShiftJob Summary: The Wide Web Supervisor will assist in control and regulation of packaging operations by maintaining standard operating procedures, making prescribed changes and adjustments when necessary, and maintaining daily productions rates, yield, quality, and line efficiencies according to customer requirements. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating and providing direction across shifts to ensure that the shifts meet or exceed overall customer satisfaction and service expectations. Responsibilities: Supervising a shift operation and ensure staffing is appropriate to manage workload with minimal overtime. Coordinate production team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates. Accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; plan, monitor and appraise job results. Coach and counsel associates while coordinating and enforcing process controls, policies and procedures.
