Fitness Instructor (Aquatics, Silver Sneakers, Strength, and/or Conditioning) Lead and instruct group exercise classes in Aquatics, Silver Sneakers, Strength, and/or Conditionin g fitness , ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants of all fitness levels. Develop and deliver engaging and effective workout routines, incorporating appropriate techniques, progressions, and modifications to accommodate diverse participant needs. Provide clear instructions, cues, and demonstrations to ensure proper form and execution of exercises. Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of exercise equipment and class spaces. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
