Silk & Snow is seeking a Director, Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations across inbound supply, international logistics, fulfillment, and reverse logistics. Reporting to the COO, you will lead the Manager, Supply & Inbound Operations and the Manager, Fulfillment Operations, and partner closely with the Sr Manager, Demand Planning. In this role you will: Supply Chain Strategy & Network Design - Own the Canada/US distribution network strategy including the role of import hubs and regional DCs - Set the inbound and outbound transportation strategy providing a clear decision frameworks around the internal vs outsourced decisions across final mile and warehousing - Lead executive-level negotiations and strategic relationships with ocean carriers, 3PLs, customs brokers, parcel and courier carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Purolator), final-mile delivery operators, and retailer routing partners - Lead the strategic de...
