Head of Strategic Partner Development, Glasses Program Partnerships

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 13 years of experience with advanced degree. - Experience in the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries. - Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree in a related field. - Experience in the XR (Virtual Reality (VR)/Augmented Reality (AR)/Mixed Reality (MR) space or experience in deep product, technical and business subject matter. - Experience operating with flexibility in a fast-paced, always-on, constantly evolving and collaborative environment and work effectively cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally. - Ability to develop in ambiguous, uncertain dynamics and creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized. - Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills on technical, contractual and financial issues.
