Business Systems Analysis Analyst II: About the role: As a Business Systems Analysis Analyst II , you will provide business and technical support to assigned clients, acting as a key point of contact for services, change requests and escalations. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure SLA adherence, and support revenue‑generating initiatives.
