Description The Registration Manager is responsible for the primary communications, registration process, billing and collection of payment and follow-up for the following programs: The Manager will ensure that the Guest Services Department will work to the highest standards to meet the mission of not only the Department, but the YMCA, the expectations of the staff and customers, and the best interests of Frost Valley. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, able to create and manage systems, able to supervise others effectively and truly enjoys working with families and children of various Frost Valley programs. - Summer Resident Camp - Adventure and Trips Programs - Farm Camp - Equestrian Camps - Day Camp - Community Programs - Daycare and Aftercare QUALIFICATIONS: - Oversee accurate and efficient day-to-day operations of the Camp Registration.
