Grants and Community Development Grant Services Manager Posting Expires: April 23, 2026: Salary Range: $67,701.42 - $90,988.81/annually: General Description and Classification Standards: Manages the administration of all grants within a specific department(s) to ensure proper accounting and in accordance with Federal Office of Management, Budget Circulars and other federal and state laws. Tracks financial results of each federal and state grant within each budget. This is full-time supervisory work over a complex work group. Group may be professional, technical, or administrative in makeup. Positions at this level would typically lead a unit that has a unique or distinctive function; or lead a group with highly technical or sensitive responsibilities. Supervision Received: Direction received is very general and focuses more on long-term and short-term grant management objectives. This is a policy-advisory level of management and would be considered “middle" management.
