Business Analyst

Description JPI is seeking a Business Process Analyst with 4+ years of management and/or IT consulting experience to support process improvement initiatives for a government client. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a solid understanding of process improvement, compliance, and systems integration within government environments. Experience with Human Resources (HR) Systems is preferred but not required. This is a hybrid position but does require reporting onsite to USCG HQ – St. Elizabeths as needed.
