Company Description We are looking for a Visual Merchandising and Store Planning Specialist who can blend creative merchandising with analytical space planning to join our Design and Merchandising team. This role will take ownership of planogram design and implementation and assist with visual merchandising strategy in our retail locations. They will also work collaboratively with multiple departments to create and tell our products’ inspirational story, ensuring the best customer experience possible. Job Description: - Create, implement, and maintain general and tailored planograms for stores in alignment with company standards - Assist in strategy, design and execution of in-store displays, layouts, and product presentations to maximize sales and brand impact - Support teams to launch company initiatives and programs - Help set and maintain Brand Merchandising Standards - Create and update Merchandising drawings utilizing IWD and CAD software - Assist in fixture ordering for remodels and merchandising initiatives - Design and create drawings for tile idea boards to be displayed in showrooms - Support merchandising projects through all phases, from planning and design development...
