Description JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Property Manager (RPM) is an intermediary between senior management and on-site Community Managers and staff. As such, the RPM is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties in a multi-state region. The RPM is responsible for evaluating staffing needs, hiring and terminating staff, and ensuring the property is performing up to company standards (including unit turns, routine maintenance, leasing, occupancy, etc.). In addition, the RPM will take a lead role in the development of budgets and ensuring properties operate within the set budgets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties in a multi-state region. - Provide weekly updates including; vacancy, budget variances, staffing needs, upcoming inspections and any other topics involving property specific issues. - Ensure Community Managers are utilizing OneSite in an efficient and thorough manner. - Train staff on the utilization of the Facilities capability of OneSite and ensure on-site staff is tracking all necessary information from the purchase of new appliances, carpet, tools, etc. - Develop a calendar of ins...
