UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering 13-week travel contracts for LPNs at the Living Centers in Geneva NY. Health Insurance available at the first of the month, after 30 days Available Shifts: Day/Eve rotations, Evenings, Nights, Day/Night rotations 8 hour shifts with 12 hour shifts being a possible option based on needs. Requirements: Education: Successful completion of Practical Nursing Program License: Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure Certifications: BLS: Experience: Two (2)-years LTC Experience as an LPN with successful completion of supervised medication administration and written test. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling Responsibility Summary: Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
