Senior Translation Project Manager

Job description

Purpose: Provide full support to the Team Lead/Head of Operations and help to ensure the smooth running of all the operations team. Manage a series of localisation projects cost–effectively, efficiently and to the highest quality standards in our industry. This will involve the effective coordination of in-house and external suppliers as well as technological resources. Provide coaching and development for new starters and to other team members as well as refining and developing internal processes. Scope: Project Management and administration including: Preparing and approving quotes and timelines based on client requirements. Selecting appropriate resources from a database of translation professionals, and advising junior team members of appropriate resources, ensuring that we can supply when required the correct breadth of languages, experience, cost and expertise. Coordination of human and technical resources to achieve the successful completion of projects and jobs. Liaising with customers. Monitoring deadlines and budgets. Achieving agreed deadlines.
