Research Focus: Precision nutrition research at the IHA is dedicated to understanding the mechanisms linking diet to health outcomes by integrating genetic, physiological, environmental, and behavioral factors that influence individual variability and population subgroups. The ultimate goal is to develop personalized, evidence-based nutrition strategies to reduce the risk of diet-related chronic diseases.
