Job description

The Lead Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. This position is for Lead is $22. per hour. High schedule flexibility required but most work is done between 6pm and 2:30 am, Monday to Friday with some overtime during the weekends. 40 hours of work, Full Time. Staff member should have prior knowledge and training to strip and wax flooring, carpet extraction, deep cleaning, polish and buff floors and much more. Expectations are that also regular cleaning is to be completed as needed. Pay: $22.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Correspond daily with night supervisor to review operations and receive Instructions.
