THE ROLE: As the Commercial Readiness Program Manager, you will be the architect and pilot of a new governance model designed to ensure every Everpure product is optimized for market success from inception to end-of-life. You will lead the Commercial Readiness Board (CRB), serving as the vital link between Product, Finance, IT, and Sales to guarantee that our innovations are commercially, operationally, and financially "launch-ready." Your mission is to eliminate friction in the quote-to-cash process, ensuring that when we hit "go," our systems, tax structures, and support models are perfectly aligned to capture revenue and delight customers.
