Job description

Your role As Plant Manager , you will have full responsibility for the plant’s operational and financial performance, in a complex industrial environment, with a strong focus on results, safety, and continuous improvement. You will: - Lead all plant operations, ensuring delivery on production, cost, quality, safety, and environmental targets - Define and execute the plant’s development strategy, aligned with business objectives - Drive cost optimization and operational excellence initiatives - Oversee CAPEX investments, modernization projects, and innovation initiatives - Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, creating an environment based on accountability, trust, and performance - Develop leaders within the organization and ensure talent continuity (succession planning & talent development) - Mobilize the organization around common goals, ensuring alignment, engagement, and ownership at all levels - Strengthen a healthy organizational culture built on collaboration, accountability, and high standards - Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture What we are looking for: We are loo...
