Hourly Pay Range: $18.38 - $26.65 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Ortho Location: Plainfield and Naperville, IL: Full Time: 40 hours a week Office Hours: Varies Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. No Holiday Eves, On-Call, or Rotating Weekends. Required Travel: All PSR's in Ortho have primary and secondary locations, and are expected to rotate to other Ortho locations as needed for coverage Offices are closed on all major US holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Fourth of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day. Offices are open on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and the day after Thanksgiving. What you will do: Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, provides front desk coverage. Answers incoming calls, schedules appointments, greets patients, registers new patients in EPIC, schedules laboratory and off-site diagnostic tests requested by physician, verifies insurance eligibility and interprets covered benefits.
