To deliver that sunshine on a plate, we’re looking for a Seasonal Cook / Commis Chef for our Pool Bar. We need someone with a passion for vibrant presentation, a dedication to fresh flavors, and a commitment to maintaining high standards even when the sun is out and the orders are flying. A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day While the sun is shining, you’ll mostly be: Creating Summer Favorites: Making every salad, burger, and snack a feast for the eyes and a treat for the tastebuds. Owning the Poolside Station: Taking full ownership of your workstation—managing supplies, monitoring equipment, and minimizing waste in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Maintaining Pristine Standards: Being "cleaner than clean" to meet or exceed local hygiene laws, ensuring the pool area remains a safe and appetizing environment. Diving into Teamwork: Helping with washing up, restocking poolside amenities, and supporting the bar team during peak "golden hours."
