Hatchery Clerk

Job description

- Process and submit employee time and attendance in ADP Time system. - Process eggs set, chicks hatched, and chick placement records in MTech daily. - Send out Placement Detail Reports from MTech daily. - Complete the Weekly Hatchery Cost Report. - Complete other weekly reports for conference calls. - Communicate with and submit data to vendors. - Work with the Hatchery Manager and Assistant Manager to obtain all necessary accounting information. - Keep weekly files of all source documents and reports. - Cross-Train with other positions withing the department. - Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Must be able to read and write English. - Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. - Excellent data entry skills required. - Detail oriented with great organizational skills. - Above average knowledge/experience in Excel is required. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of Poultry Industry required, with Poultry Accounting knowledge preferred.
