Summary Job Description: Lead the future of provider workforce strategy at Baptist Health . We’re seeking a dynamic, enterprise leader to serve as the executive owner of physician and advanced provider recruiting across our system. In this highly visible role, you’ll shape multi-year workforce strategies, advise senior leadership on market trends and access risks, and drive innovative recruiting solutions that support growth across all markets and specialties. What You’ll Do: Set and execute system-wide recruiting strategy aligned to growth and service line priorities Partner with executives and physician leaders to forecast workforce needs and mitigate access risks Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing recruiting organization Drive KPI performance (time-to-fill, pipeline strength, cost optimization) and reduce reliance on temporary staffing Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience Own recruitment budget, vendor strategy, and ROI optimization Ensure compliance across employment, regulatory, and physician immigration programs (J-1, H-1B) Leverage analytics and market intelligence to inform strategy and executive decisio...
