JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the Benefits Strategy team in analyzing and recommending benefits plan design changes, and helps ensure that programs, processes, and policies are aligned with the enterprise benefits strategy. The Sr Benefits Strategy Analyst role reports to the Director of Enterprise Benefits and is based at our worldwide corporate headquarters in Providence, RI.
