Job Description The Customer Service Representative is a dynamic and detail-oriented role responsible for managing the complete client lifecycle for our main customer base in Germany . In addition to standard customer service tasks, you will provide specialized product advice within the workwear and teamsports segments and support customers with machine lines and spare parts inquiries. Key Responsibilities: This is a hybrid-working role with three days per week in our Wroclaw office. - Manage the complete client lifecycle and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from the German market. - Provide expert advice to customers in the workwear and teamsports segments regarding product selection and applications. - Support our customers with technical advice concerning machine lines and the identification of necessary spare parts. - Partner with Commercial, Design and Tech Sales teams to create custom account presentations and develop product opportunities. - Receive, validate, and process client sample and production orders while proactively resolving quality issues.
