Associate Learning Experience Designer, CT&M Delivery Enablement The primary responsibilities of the CT&M Delivery Enablement Learning Experience Designer are to create and refine visually engaging learning assets. This role blends graphic, motion media, and instructional design to produce branded training videos, explainers’ videos, infographics, and presentation decks that support internal enablement programs and elevate the candidate and customer experience.
