As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: Multi-Category Creator Strategy & Matchmaking: - Develop and implement creator growth strategies across all e-commerce categories (Electronics, Beauty, Fashion, Home, etc.). - Execute strategic matchmaking between brands and creators to optimize sales performance (GMV). - Research the Polish creator landscape to identify high-potential talent and scalable growth levers. - Refine short-form video content strategies to ensure they resonate with diverse Polish audiences.
