Your Impact (Responsibilities): Technical Expertise & Fabrication: · Problem Solve: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose customer fluid connector issues and fabricate custom hose assemblies. · Consultative Sales: Act as a technical advisor, helping customers find the right parts for complex machinery. · Team Development: Direct daily tasks and provide on-the-job training for Trainees and Assistant Managers.
