Responsive recruiter Position Summary: Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a motivated Clinical Manager (RN) - alternate to help build and lead our clinical operations in Texas. Inspired by nurses, Boost Home Healthcare makes it easier for patients to focus on recovery and wellness by personalizing and coordinating care. As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in providing quality home healthcare that allow patients to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. The Clinical Manager (Alternate) will serve as a back-up to the Clinical Manager and will help oversee clinical services for homebound patients in accordance with attending physician orders and established plans of care. All skilled nursing and therapeutic services operate under the supervision and direction of the Clinical Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup organization, shape clinical and administrative infrastructure, and grow into a long-term leadership role as the company expands.
