Salary: Circa £ 43,500 , dependent on skills and experience Permanent, Full-time, with flexibility for part-time. Base Location: Flexible, with travel required to Peterborough and Huntingdon Our services are at the heart of every single family and community in our region. Our Water Services team clean water to the highest standard, deliver it to millions of homes, and carefully manage it to ensure it never runs out. We borrow water from the environment, store it and treat it to world-class standards to supply safe drinking water to 4.3 million customers in towns and villages from Grimsby in the northeast of our region to Milton Keynes at the south-western tip. The Continuous Improvement Manager will play a key role in driving technical improvement and innovation across Supply Maintenance Delivery. You’ll analyse current processes, introduce new technical solutions, and develop business cases that help us deliver safer, more efficient and more effective maintenance operations.
