In this role, you'll: Deliver exceptional customer service, undertaking a broad range of station functions and assist with enquiries, travel bookings and connecting services. Be responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the station, as well as assisting with luggage for the regional services. Work alongside our train crew and other stakeholders ensuring safety standards are met and proactively seeking opportunities to minimise potential risks that may arise. This full-time relief Senior Customer Attendant position will require you to work autonomously on a rotating roster that includes day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. While your Home Depot will be Coffs Harbour, you will also support station operations across the cluster, including Nambucca Heads, Macksville, and Kempsey.
