Job description

Description 12-hour shifts (includes weekend and shift differentials). Eligible to earn up to 25% more of base pay with commitment of 4-6 shifts per month or 30% more of base pay with commitment of 7-9 shifts per month. Base Pay $22.00 – $33.34 / hour DOE *Assists residents with ADL’s skillfully with consideration for individual needs. *Provides personal hygiene measures appropriately. *Utilizes measures that promote good skin care following the Skin Care Program. *Uses assistive devices in ambulation, dressing and eating. *Provides preventative maintenance and rehabilitative measures, i.e. ambulation, ROM, positioning, dressing, allowing opportunity for self-care. *Promotes residents’ participation in activities. *Provides care outlined in the Negotiated Service Plan. *Performs competently those technical skills considered basic to the scope of service. *Assists the resident in the provision of adequate nutrition, including fluid intake and supplements. *Follows procedures to aid adequate bladder and bowel elimination/retraining. *Adjusts for physical and/or mental limitations. *Demonstrates accurate monitoring of body functions in vital signs, weight, intake and output measuremen...
