Job DetailsJob Location: Pawtucket, RI 02860Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly The Pawtucket YMCA and MacColl YMCA based in RI are seeking dynamic and engaging Basketball Instructors to lead youth and teen basketball sessions while also supporting pre-school programming. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, age-appropriate basketball instruction, while creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants. The ideal candidate will have the ability to coach and develop players ages 6–teen, while also following established pre-school curriculums (ages 2–5) to help create a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experience for younger participants. Essential Functions:  Lead and instruct basketball sessions for youth and teen participants, focusing on skill development, game understanding, and enjoyment of the sport.  Support and deliver pre-school basketball sessions by following established curriculums designed to promote fundamental movement, coordination, and early skill development.  Supervise groups of children and teens, ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment at all times.  Follow all YMCA policies, procedures, a...
