Essential Job Functions: - GSOC Operations & 24/7 Command - Lead and manage 24/7 GSOC operations, ensuring continuous monitoring, staffing coverage, and shift handover discipline. - Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transportation-related security and disruption events. - Maintain operational readiness across all GSOC systems, processes, and personnel. - Serve as the primary escalation point for security incidents requiring management or executive engagement. - Ensure GSOC operations align with approved policies, SOPs, escalation matrices, and crisis playbooks. High Value & HVHR Monitoring: - Oversee real time monitoring of HVHR shipments, including GPS/telematics, sensor alerts, route deviations, prolonged stops, and seal integrity events. - Ensure disciplined enforcement of HVHR and High Value Security Policies, including stop governance, documentation, and evidence capture. Direct coordinated response to incidents including: - Suspected or actual theft - Tampering, seal breaches, and suspicious activity - Missed handoffs, excessive dewll, unauthorized stops, and errant delivery - Ensure proper chain of custody documentation during recoveries, inspec...
