Role of the Senior General Manager Plans, directs, and evaluates all aspects of a garbage or debris collection subsidiary to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable service to customers. Revenue above $100 million or equivalent level of complexity. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for the achievement of short term and long term financial and operational objectives for the Company. - Ensures Company is focused on business retention through profitable contract and franchise renewals. - Ensures Company provides ongoing positive customer service and maintains positive relationships with existing customer base, including but not limited to local agencies, city councils, etc. - Pursues new business development opportunities that will enable the Company to grow and enhance profitability. - Abides by federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
