Overview Sisk have secured another National Highways framework and are looking for a Lean Manager to join the business. We are looking for a Business Improvement Specialist to support continuous improvement projects across Major Projects and Highways. This role involves analyzing work practices for enhancements, managing audits, and fostering team performance. The ideal candidate should have a degree or significant experience in a relevant field and Lean Six Sigma qualifications.
