Key Responsibilities: - Oversee 24-hour operations of the Endoscopy and Interventional Radiology units - Lead and supervise RNs, CNAs, Patient Care Assistants, and Unit Secretaries - Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with nursing standards - Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and development - Monitor department budgets, operational goals, and performance metrics - Collaborate with physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary teams - Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs Minimum Qualifications: If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity, please feel free to reply to this email or share your updated resume .
