Lead Business Analyst/Scrum Master (Appian) Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA seeking a Lead Business Analyst/Scrum Master with Appian experience . This is a full-time and onsite position in Washington DC. Position Summary: The Lead Business Analyst/Scrum Master will spearhead requirements gathering, user story creation, and agile ceremonies to enable successful Appian development initiatives. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, this role ensures that user needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable user stories. The Lead Business Analyst/Scrum Master also facilitates sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team stays on track and delivers maximum business value.
