Job Description: As an Associate Engineer, Remote Support (Weekend Support) , you will provide technical support to customers worldwide, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Industrial Automation environments by phone and live chat. You will be part of the Weekend Support Team providing coverage during weekends and holidays across three shifts.
