QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to collaborate effectively across functional groups. - Contribute to development and optimization of wet chemical coating processes and materials for improved lens performance and functionality (e.g., organic siloxane and sol-gel chemistry). - Support development of physical vapor deposition processes and coating structures, including optical modeling and characterization. - Execute laboratory experiments independently and as part of cross-functional project teams. - Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data; prepare technical reports and presentations. - Support scale-up and transition of new processes from development to pilot or production environments. - Review technical literature and patents to support ongoing research activities. - Collaborate with internal teams including project management, engineering, quality, and manufacturing. - Participate in technical reviews and contribute to project updates. - BS in Materials Science, Applied Physics, Chemical Engin...
