Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager for the Salvation Army, a 16-story building with short term rentals, located in the New York, NY. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for building operations, managing daily activities related to general housekeeping for common areas and facility upkeep. Join our team to make an impact by driving operational efficiency, promoting cleanliness and safety, and fostering a dynamic and supportive environment for all building operations.
