Administrative Events Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable individual to join our prestigious law office as an Administrative Events Coordinator. This role is integral to maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting internal initiatives across Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. The successful candidate will coordinate internal and offsite events, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment with our office services team. Who We Want: - Scheduling and Coordination: Manage event coordination, meeting and conference arrangement for events, ensuring all logistical needs are met. - Event Planning & Support: Assist with the planning and execution of internal lunches, offsite firm events, and evening functions in collaboration with Human Resources, Marketing and Practice Group teams. - Vendor & Resource Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage office inventory and event-related needs. - Client & Visitor Experience: Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients, guests, and staff while serving as back up to our front desk reception. - Team Oversight: Coordinate the work schedule of a small team of of...
