Job description

Benefits: As a general laborer, you’ll be hands on assisting in various activities. - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Vision insurance Key Responsibilities: - General physical labor - Operate and maintain construction equipment - Follow all Albatross Ventures and Clients customer safety policies and standard operating procedures - Communicate clearly and work well in a team - Travel to job sites as needed - Communicate with supervisor, other Albatross Ventures employees and occasionally with customer and other customer contractors to maximize performance and operations - Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork, including but not limited to, maintaining logs and completing field tickets - Other duties as may be assigned Requirements: - Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements - Required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired - This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug testing - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to take direction from supervisors, focus attention on details, follow work rules and keep required work schedules. - Pr...
