Position Summary: The Supply Chain Performance Engineer is responsible for ensuring supplier quality and performance through robust management of PPAP processes, Supplier Change Requests (SCR), and data-driven performance monitoring. This role operates within an Aerial Work Platforms environment and is heavily focused on supplier industrialization, compliance, and change control, ensuring alignment with JLG/Hinowa , regulatory, and customer requirements. In addition, the position drives supplier performance improvement through KPI analytics and supports New Product Development (NPD) activities to ensure successful supplier readiness and launch execution.
