Alongside the Nurse Manager, you will be accountable for the quality of nursing care provided on your unit. You will oversee patient care delivery, manage staff orientation and performance, and ensure the implementation of best practices in patient care. This leadership position requires a commitment to both nursing excellence and fostering a positive team environment.
