Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week, Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic. We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, Lead to: - Serve as team lead over Patient Scheduling Coordinator staff that are responsible for advanced level scheduling of patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures. - Coordinate, assign, and guide work activities of staff - Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines, and train/mentor new staff.
