About the Role: We’re looking for a self-motivated, articulate, and clinically experienced professional to join our team as Home Health & Hospice Account Executive. In this role you will develop and execute strategic outreach plans to increase referrals and admissions from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and physician offices.
